It’s never too early to get ready for spring! Spring Escape is an opportunity for alumni, parents, friends of Camp Fire, or anyone age 18+ to spend the weekend at camp, explore the outdoors, try some new activities, and connect with friends!
Check-in Saturday morning and enjoy a full schedule of workshops, lunch and dinner, plus an evening program and silent auction. Stay overnight and join us for more activities and brunch Sunday morning before checking out. There are also options to stay over on Friday night or attend for the day only on Saturday. Learn more.
Spring Escape features a wonderful variety of workshops – whether you’re a crafter, foodie, outdoor adventurer, or just want to try something new, there’s something for you.
This is our first event in person since early March 2020 and the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are very conscious about the health and safety of all participants, as well as the greater community, and Camp Sealth is committed to following all state and county health guidance. Participants attending will be required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19, or a negative COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours before arriving at camp. Vaccination proof can be uploaded to our registration system ahead of time; if you are not fully vaccinated, proof of a negative test must be shown on arrival. Face masks are required to be worn indoors, except when eating.
A highlight of the Spring Escape is a silent auction to raise money for Camp Fire events, particularly for Special Family Camp, a retreat for families with children with special needs. Typical auction items include handmade artwork, wine, gift baskets, and other goodies! To donate an item to the auction, either complete this online form, or contact Pat Kishline at firstname.lastname@example.org at least one week prior to the event.
Souvenir T-Shirts & Sweatshirts Available!
A selection of t-shirts and sweatshirts are available by pre-order (order during the registration process). T-shirts ($15) are white ink on white shirt for tie-dyeing, which you can do during the event. Sweatshirts are charcoal grey with a multi-colored Camp Sealth logo – 1/4 zip, full-zip, or hoodie ($30). Sizes adult small through 3XL.
We offer a craft exchange table at Spring Escape – bring any miscellaneous or leftover craft supplies you have to share, and check out what other people have brought. Any leftover materials will be donated.
Cost & Registration
The event cost is $100 (Saturday/Sunday), or $60 for Saturday day only. Stay overnight on Friday (no meals provided) for an additional $20. You can register either online or contact us at 206 826 8937 for a mail-in registration form.
