If you live on Vashon Island or simply want to see camp for yourself, you may drop off directly at camp. Keep in mind that Vashon is accessible by car ferry only from West Seattle, Port Orchard, or Tacoma. Camp is a 15- to 30-minute drive from the ferry terminals to camp, and we cannot offer pick-up at the ferry.
Driving directions to camp are available by following the link at the bottom of this page. Allow plenty of time for travel, and check the Washington State Ferries’ website for ferry times and fares.
Note: Expect heavy traffic on the ferries and road detours during Vashon Island’s Strawberry Festival (July 15-17, 2012). If driving to camp this weekend, you may find it easiest to take the ferry from Tacoma.
