Support campers with physical, developmental, and behavioral disabilities by talking to parents and working with counselors. Expertise in working with children, especially kids with special needs, is required. Driver’s license required.

Supervise a team of support specialists and kitchen assistants, and coordinate operations for dining hall, dishwashing, camp store, laundry, and pack-out food.

Program Specialist Coordinator

Supervise program specialists, coordinate and oversee specialized activity areas such as archery, arts & crafts, low ropes challenge, nature, and outdoor living, maintain supplies and equipment. Coordinate camp-wide activity schedules and all-camp events.

Waterfront Coordinator

Supervise waterfront specialists, coordinate waterfront schedules, and oversee all water activities; maintain high safety standards. Also supervise campers and staff in Kiwanis (boating specialty unit). Lifeguard certification required.

Supervise riding specialists, coordinate riding schedules, feed and care for herd of 22 horses. Maintain high safety standards. CHA instructor certification (or equivalent) is recommended.

Health Care Coordinator

Supervise rotating health care staff, ensure policies are followed, maintain health records and manage camper medications. Driver’s license is required, advanced health care certification (CNA, nursing student, RN, EMT, WFA) is preferred.

Seasonal Assistant Camp Director

In coordination with the summer camp leadership team, train and supervise seasonal camp staff, oversee camp logistics, and plan and implement programs. Age 21+ with extensive camp and leadership experience required.

Adventure Coordinator

Supervise adventure trip program and staff – coordinate trip logistics for trips including camping, backpacking, rafting, and climbing; supervise in-camp adventure programs. Previous leadership and trip experience required. WFA or WFR recommended.

Office Manager

Manage office operations during busy summer months, including handling mail, answering phones, and provide excellent customer service to parents and customers, assisting with registration and camper arrival and departure.

Special Programs Coordinator

Oversee all special events and programs, including theme meals, all-camp events, opening and closing campfires, meal-hosting, and integration of weekly themes into all camp programming.
