The Summer Program Directors help to oversee the pre-season preparation and summer daily operations of Camp Sealth overnight and day camps supporting the Camp Director and Assistant Camp Director in providing a quality experience for campers and staff. This role is hands-on in creating programming, trainings and set up of camp, while also helping to coordinate summer staff, maintain safety standards, and keep the camp magic alive.
