Oversee Camp Sealth’s Inclusion program, which supports campers with physical, developmental, behavioral, and mental/emotional disabilities to be successful in the camp environment. Screen camper registrations and conduct camper assessments, talk with parents, and train and coach counselors in supporting campers with special needs. Supervise a team of Inclusion Counselors who provide direct support to campers and counselors. Previous experience and expertise in working with children, especially kids with special needs, is a requirement, as is previous camp counseling experience. A driver’s license is helpful, but not required for this position. June 1 start date is required for this position.
