Plan, implement and oversee an extensive leadership development program for Counselors-In-Training (CITs) and Riding-Staff-In-Training (RSITs).. This is a supervisory position, and extensive experience with teens and leadership development is required; previous experience with Camp Sealth’s Teen Leadership program is strongly recommended.
