Vashon Day Camp at Camp Sealth offers several weeks of day camp programs. Each week, activities include traditional camp pastimes like arts & crafts, hikes, fishing, swimming, boating and more. There are also specialized activities that revolve around the week’s theme!
Explorers! gives your camper the opportunity to try a little bit of everything our specialty programs have to offer. Sleep out in the woods like Adventure, go on an afternoon canoe excursion like Kiwanis, and participate in nighttime archery like Nocturnal. Explorers! is a session of fun that gives your child the chance to try it all.
Community Connections is for teens who are excited about the camp community & leadership, are interested in working with kids, and who may want to be a camp counselor in the future.
For experienced riders who can confidently control a horse at a walk and trot. When ready, advanced riders may try bareback riding and controlling at a lope. Highlights of this program may include a beach ride, leading activities for younger campers, hands-on equine science lessons, and games on horseback, depending on scheduling options and length of session.
