Teen Takeover

EVENT CANCELED:
The safety and health of our participants and their families is our top priority. We are following all recommendations from the King County Health Department and the CDC regarding the Coronavirus. Currently, Governor Inslee has closed all schools in King County until April 27th, with the Teen Takeover scheduled for May 2nd-3rd. With this information in mind and the wide range of populations we serve, we will be cancelling the Teen Takeover. While we were looking forward to having you at camp, this is the best decision for the safety of you, your families, and our staff members.
Camp Fire’s Summer and Day Camps are scheduled to run as normal at this time. Camp Fire will continue to take our lead from the King County Health Department and CDC.
You have two options for how to refund your fees. We can apply your fees to another program or we can issue a full refund at this time.

Teens who attend will have the opportunity to learn new leadership skills like teamwork and communication and participate in fun camp activities like crafts, archery, or outdoor skill building. We’ll also “unplug” at this event, giving teens a chance to power down those electronic devices to develop their in-person social skills while making new friends.
No prior participation in Camp Fire or Camp Sealth programs required – the more, the merrier! Teens in grades 6-8 will attend as Middle School Participants while teens in grade 9-12 can attend as High School Leaders.
