End-of-the-year ceremony

Where

Lions Park

• From Renton: Go south on 169 (Renton/Maple Valley Road)
• Turn left onto Cedar Grove Road (there is a traffic light)
• Take the first right onto Byres Road
• Take the first left onto SE 184th Street
• SE 184th leads directly into Lions Park
• Go past the caretaker’s home and park in the parking lot

What to Bring

Each family please bring a large (10-12 servings) salad or side dish to share (and a serving utensil). Hot dogs and buns, beverage, dessert, plates, napkins, utensils are provided.

Please Note:

This ceremony is held outdoors in a “woodsy” environment. Everyone will roast their hot dog over the fire. Although there will be a campfire; remember to dress for the weather. Families may want to bring insect repellent and folding chairs (Camp Fire members will be seated on benches around the fire).
