Before You Apply
Step One: Complete the online Application Form. You will need to create an account in UltraCamp to complete the application. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 206 463 3174 ext. 35 if you would prefer to have the forms mailed to you.
Step Two: Send us the written answers to the supplemental questions (instructions for these are in the application). Please send within two days of completing your online application. Supplemental questions may be sent to email@example.com.
Step Three: Send the link for the Reference Form to your references. New applicants need 5 reference forms completed by teachers, supervisors, coaches, or other non-family members who know you well. Returning applicants only need one reference.
Step Four: Camp Sealth staff will contact you to arrange an interview (in person, by phone, or video call). If you have not heard from us within one week of completing your application, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
