Lead, guide, and provide activity leadership for a cabin group of 6-8 campers. Assist campers with group living and personal development. Counselors need experience in the outdoors and working with children.
Teach and lead specialized activities to kids of all ages, maintain program supplies and areas. Specialists also help supervise campers and assist with camp-wide events, overnight camp outs, and unit activities.
Support overall camp operation in a variety of areas including kitchen, office, store, etc. Like activity specialists, most support staff also help supervise campers and assist with camp-wide events, overnight camp outs, and unit activities.
Supervisors lead a team of counselors or specialists, coach and mentor staff, conduct performance reviews and assist with camp-wide leadership. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required.
