After you register you will receive an email confirmation including payment information. One or two weeks before camp you will receive a Parent Letter with all pertinent program details to get your child ready for camp.

A day or so before camp begins, you and your child(ren) will receive an introductory phone call from your child’s counselor. This is your child’s opportunity to get acquainted, get excited about the week at camp, and learn how to find his/her counselor Monday morning. This will also be your chance to ask questions and share any details that will help make your camper’s week a great one!

Access Your Registration Account

To view your registration or access your account, visit our third-party registration system, UltraCamp. We are very excited to have made the switch to UltraCamp for our online camp registrations. If you have registered for a Camp Fire program before, your username in UltraCamp is the same email you have provided in the past. Once you enter your email address you simply need to click “Forgot your login information?” to receive and reset your new password. Prior to registering and before Day Camp registration is open, we recommend that past participants log in and ensure that they can access their accounts.
