Hi y’all!
TreeTop here, Senior Program Manager and head of Community Day Camps.
I’m so excited for summer, especially with our two-site setup for North Seattle day camps this year. It’s shaping up to be an incredible season full of adventures, familiar traditions, and plenty of opportunities for campers to grow, explore, and make lasting memories.
Stellar Staff
We have an amazing staff lineup returning and joining us: Jupiter, Eclaire, Kit-Kat, Pinecone, and Rue are all back on staff, bringing their experience and enthusiasm. I’m also thrilled to welcome Marigold and Gemini to the staff team after many seasons of dedicated volunteering.
Last but not least, we’re joined by two fantastic new-to-us team members! Woodstock, who has spent many summers at Camp Sealth, and Glizzy, who brings great experience from Pedalheads.
It’s a fantastic crew, and I couldn’t be more excited to oversee them.
Activities are brewing!
Cooking
Eclaire is already cooking up new ideas for outdoor cooking this summer! We’re keeping our beloved churros, s’mores, and watermelon hunt, but you’ll have to come to camp to see what new treats might be added — dare I guess… éclairs?
Environment
Meanwhile, Marigold and Gemini have been using planning time to dream up even more creative ways to use nature in hands-on, imaginative activities. We hope to see you at Carkeek, Woodland, or both this summer. I know I’m looking forward to it.

We’re also excited to bring back camp favorites:

- Gaga Ball
- and more!
This is just a preview but we have so much more in store. I can’t wait for all the campers to get to experience how special and unique camp is at all of our locations, especially in our special revisit to an old favorite with Woodland Park.
