Sessions will be visible to the public beginning on Nov. 4th but limited to priority registration for Healthcare volunteers and passcode protected. Beginning on November 14th a passcode will not be required to register.
Registration Changes for 2025
Two Overnight Session per Camper
This year, we are excited to offer campers the opportunity to sign up for up for two overnight sessions per summer!
CIT/RSIT/LEAD
CIT/RSIT/LEAD applications will open with the general registration this year. Account holders will need to register for the CIT/RSIT/LEAD program that your camper wishes to attend, campers will be responsible for completing their application as directed. Please register for the session your camper wishes to attend, there is not a need to register for a filler session or placeholder. Applications will be available beginning November 14th, applicants should anticipate follow up from a team member on the status of their submitted applications by December 31st. We gently remind your campers not to create an UltraCamp account if they are under the age of 18.
Horse Camp
Boys can now sign up for horse camp any week this summer. Campers will be evaluated for their appropriate rider levels upon arrival, ensuring a perfect fit for everyone. Check our dates and rates sheet to learn more about the sessions your camper is eligible to register for horse camp! (grades, ages and genders vary by session)
Financial Assistance Applications Open with Registration
Applications will be accepted for Financial Assistance and Equity Action Fund as soon as registration opens. Please do not complete an application prior to Nov. 10th as you will be required to complete it again during registration.

- Additional review- dependent on available funding
Camp Sealth programs fill quickly, and financial assistance is limited. We strongly recommend applying by the December 31st deadline as we cannot guarantee the amount of funds that will be available in the New Year.

Registration opens for both overnight and day camps at Camp Sealth on November 14 at 12:00 am (midnight, Wednesday night changing to Thursday morning). Registration will begin at the top of the day and be open all of Thursday.
