Join us for The Campout at Camp Sealth, a weekend retreat just for our 18 and older crowd this coming September 9-11, 2016. It’s a summer camp experience with some incredible special events unique to this weekend! We are excited to have Geeks Who Drink as our team trivia hosts! Topics will cover everything from celebrities in trouble to wordplay to bad television! Each quiz has two audio rounds: a “Name that Tune” style round, and another round comprised of soundbites from movies and TV. Play in teams of up to six or as small as two. In addition to bragging rights, winning teams will win prizes! There will also be a trail mix and popcorn bar to satisfy your hunger and help fuel you to victory!
Campfire, S’mores and the Musical Stylings of Mooselips
No summer camp experience would be complete without a full on campfire in Green Circle overlooking the shores of the Puget Sound! Our infamous Da Boata Captain and music extraordinaire Mooselips will be playing all your camp song favorites – sing along or simply sit back and enjoy the view! Make sure you leave room after our delicious dinner buffet for plenty of s’mores. S’more Amore will be on site cooking up incredible artisan s’mores complete with homemade grahams, naturally flavored mallows and delicious Camp Fire Mints!

The best way to unwind after a long week? Yoga on the beautiful shores of Camp Sealth of course! This class is open to all skill levels – beginners included! Yoga has numerous health benefits including stress relief, weight loss, increased flexibility and much more! Yoga mats will be provided. So please come in your most comfortable gear and find your zen!
Barre Dance is fun low-impact workout that combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves and focuses on strengthening and lengthening the muscles. Barre can be done by people of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels. No prior dance experience required. Our instructor will offer many modifications and will be on hand to teach you the correct positions in class. This is a great opportunity to try a new fun workout that is currently all the rage!
Vashon Beverage Tour – SIP Vashon!
Explore the tastes of Vashon Island’s vibrant community of beverage producers committed to handcrafting beer, wine, cider and spirits! For your convenience, transportation will be provided directly from Camp Sealth to the tasting rooms around the island. Discover for yourself what makes Vashon’s locally made libations so incredible!
Each attendee is responsible for their own tasting costs and you may also purchase full bottles to take home. However, we ask for your help in abiding by Camp Fire’s policy prohibiting the consumption of alcohol anywhere on camp property.
Drop-in volleyball is offered throughout your stay at our sand volleyball pit. Centrally located in main camp, the volleyball court is a great place to cement your group’s strong bonds, or challenge some new-found acquaintances to a little friendly competition.
Mother daughter duo, Karen & Dana, will be on hand cooking some of their favorite homemade recipes that they often make in celebration of the Japanese New Year. Attendees will see firsthand how to create Makisushi commonly known as Sushi Rolls which includes wrapping up various fillings in rice and nori seaweed. They will also show you how to create Inarizushi which is sushi rice and vegetable stuffed into little marinated tofu pouches. Don’t miss out on this incredible demo that will have you creating delicious and healthy sushi in no time in the comforts of your own home!
