You’ve waited with baited breath… And the time has finally arrived! Horses are back for the spring at Camp Sealth and our popular horse workshops will be back for Saturdays and Sundays in May and June.
Our full day Western riding workshops includes a group riding lesson plus an interactive ground lesson, camp activities such as archery, or arts and crafts, and helping with barn chores like grooming, saddling and feeding. The cost has been reduced for this season, only $60 per participant and transportation from the ferries is provided!
The program is open to beginner and intermediate riders in grades 3 and up. These are a great introduction for those considering camp and want to get to know it a little better, or for those who feel they’re on the cusp of one riding level or another.
There are 8 slots available for each workshop day, so come out on your own, or bring a buddy or two! Want to bring a whole group? That’s great too! We can offer programs reserved specifically for small groups and build it around your schedule with all the activities you’re interested in. This is a great option for Camp Fire, Boy Scout, or Girl Scout groups, as well as those interested in discounted rates or even.. birthdays!
The dates are bound to fill quickly, so make sure to register or find more information at: www.campsealth.org/horseworkshops
