The Candy Fundraiser is a fun opportunity for youth to practice goal setting skills, to learn about math and counting money, to make a plan for how to creatively make sales, and to earn fun emblems and prizes like stuffed animals, special celebration events, or even a Week of Camp at Camp Sealth! View our 2017 Candy Sale Incentives to begin planning your goals.

Volunteers Needed!

The candy sale is made possible by our amazing youth, dedicated volunteers, parents, and leaders, and our wonderful supporters – thank you! You can help us have the best sale yet!

Be a Distributor

Did you know – Camp Fire Central Puget Sound youth sell more than 30,000 boxes of candy during the sale?! To help us get candy out across the region, we work with a team of Distributors to help safely store candy and coordinate with Candy Captains for pick-up and collection of money. If you have some extra room to spare, please email Chelsea Bowgrow at chelseab@campfireseattle.org to learn more!

Be Your Group’s Candy Captain

Candy Captain’s become experts at all things candy and support youth, parents and leaders in working towards their candy sale goals. Attend a training to help build your skills and prepare. If you are interested, check in with your Group Leader! Parents of Independent members serve as the Captain for your child.

Host a Candy Seller!

Do you run a business in the Puget Sound region? We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to have our youth set-up and sell candy at your location. Some of our favorite places to sell include shops, stores, or gathering places with high foot traffic that are well lit and safe. Youth are always accompanied by an adult chaperone. Can you host us? Please email Chelsea Bowgrow at chelseab@campfireseattle.org for more information! You can also support the sale by becoming a Merchant of Merit. Thank you to our 2016 merchants!

Questions?

Please let us know! Email Chelsea Bowgrow at chelseab@campfireseattle.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
