Our New Registration System – UltraCamp
We’re excited to announce that, due in part to feedback from you, we have changed to a new online registration system, UltraCamp. Through UltraCamp, you will be able to:
- Register and pay for all of our camp and school-year programs!
- Fill out new health and transportation forms online – no paperwork to bring with you to check-in!
- View all programs you have registered for and make adjustments to registration, health, and transportation forms up to a week before camp starts!
- View and purchase photos, and send one-way camper emails, all in the same system as registration!
- Add money to the camp store, and, starting this spring, view and purchase camp store items for delivery or to be picked up by your child at camp!
- Cancel registrations online for no charge before April 1st!
- Apply for financial aid online and register online at the same time, still paying the reduced financial aid deposit!
- Have your teens apply for our CIT, RSIT, and LEAD programs!
- Fill out an online inclusion assessment for campers with special needs!
How to Set-Up Your Account
For your convenience, we have transferred over some data from our previous systems. All you need to do to set up your account is:
- Click “Reset Password” on the UltraCamp front page.
- Enter the email address you have used with us in the past.
- Once you have followed the steps in your password reset email, you’ll see information for all members of your account. Please take a moment to make sure all of this information is correct and up to date.
- You can edit most information in your account, but if something seems especially odd, or you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me.
- OR go ahead and set up a new account, and we’ll merge the accounts together later.
